Sufficiently Decentralized Leadership
Success means a steady decrease in our power until we have none at all
Two chapters released to Early Access
I finished editing, uploading, and publishing the first two chapters (Vision and Mission, and Strategy) last night, and thiis morning I sent access instructions to a group of reviewers. Most of them were directors of product management at a company where I used to work, but I also have a friend who is a technical writer and another who is a marketer who will be looking over it. In a sense, I started working on this in February, but I wasn't able to put my foot on the gas until around Septembe...

Since Paragraph now features people, and I'm apparently featured, I've started getting subscribers here. This came as quite a surprise given I haven't posted anything in months and had decided not to use Paragraph. I'm building an eLearning course and had explored using Hypersub, then subscribers could access the content on Paragraph via an NFT gate.
But Paragraph doesn't support gating or paid memberships anymore, so it doesn't work for what I want to do. I also am building on a different platform entirely and don't fancy the idea of building in two totally different places.
But you subscribed, so thank you! And I thought you deserved an update, especially since you may have no idea who I am or what's going on here.
Without further ado:
(note: the embed from Zora is currently broken for some reason... I don't know if the problem is with Paragraph or Zora, so if the video isn't showing below, just go directly to it by clicking here)
(oh, and now the video appears to be broken on Zora... it was working, but now lacks audio. If the problem doesn't resolve itself by tomorrow, maybe I'll rehost on my platform; soz y'all)
